Purple Rhubarb Delight
Pink rhubarb mix meets purple Empress Gin to produce a cocktail that is as delicious as it is good-looking. The trick to creating the two tone cocktail is in the pour of the gin on top of the mix. Run it down the back of a spoon and you will find the purple gin rests on the top, making a fun two-tone drink your guests can stir before drinking.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Slurp Rhubarb Cardamom Mix
- 2 oz Empress Gin
- Sparkling water, if desired
- Slice of fresh lemon or lime for garnish, optional
Steps
- Pour the mix into a lowball glass filled with ice.
- Pour over top, slowly down the back of a dessert spoon, the Empress Gin.
- Top up with sparkling water if desired, not necessary though
- Garnish with lemon or lime.
